About BASE LOGIC

BASE LOGIC is composed of 2 instructors Olly and Paul who have worked closely and jumped together for the last 10 years.

We are both Mechanical Engineers with the same vision and a logical scientific approach to life. We apply this approach to our passion of BASE because it directly translates into the BASE environment and has been proven to work in all of the places that we have jumped and continue to jump. We plan to continue jumping throughout our lives so the decisions and actions that we take must be right and are.

Initially as instructors for 50 Cal Base Academy we got a huge sense of achievement and job satisfaction from creating new BASE jumpers but when Andy Cal decided to close 50 Cal we missed it.

Over lots of conversations on many trips together, usually on long walks to exit points, we realised that we wanted to impart our knowledge our approach and our way of thinking to a new breed of jumpers so we decided to create BASE LOGIC.

Our Why

We are extremely passionate about BASE and with our approach we truly believe that it can be done safely. 

We want to meet you, we want to train you and we want to jump with you, we want to share this amazing sport and to take you to some amazing places on a new adventure seeking the highest of the highs that a parachute sport can provide.

With the uprising popularity of the sport we want to share the right knowledge to new jumpers.

Our Aim?

Our aim is simple: to deliver to you the very best, most current and proficient instruction theoretically and practically in some choice locations all conducted in a safe manner and in a controlled environment.

We will give you in-depth understanding of the entire process of BASE, through the equipment, the objects, the jumping itself and everything that goes with it.

We will take you through all the steps you need to become proficient and confident in jumping for yourself, ultimately it will turn experienced skydivers into competent and safe beginner BASE jumpers that can continue their career in a professional, safe and progressive manner and have a huge amount of fun along the way.
